The Art of Ascension
The Art of Ascension is an ancient Teaching that has stood the test of time. It is being reintroduced to humanity at this time when we are in dire need of a simple and effective method to turn inward in true meditation and true prayer.
Ascension provides a series of easy and natural techniques that direct the mind inward to reconnect with its source. As a natural byproduct of this inner movement of awareness the body will experience a profoundly deep level of rest. And truly, that is what the body has always asked for in order to heal itself back to perfect health. Ascension is natural because it recognizes the fact that the mind and the body already have the knowledge and the ability to return to full awareness and experience of higher consciousness. It is only our age-old decision to turn away from the Sun of Full Consciousness that we have come to experience a different reality of suffering and sickness.
The techniques are called Ascension Attitudes. They are based on the upward rising currents of Praise, Gratitude and Love. They offer a way to make a conscious choice in each moment to align with truth and to align with love. And with that simple choice to Ascend one quickly notices the benefits of it. Our lives are colored with what we hold in our minds. And our experiences come from what we focus on the most. Appreciation is a powerful force that can transform human life from the inside out. And that opens up to the greater experience of Gratitude and all the way to the intensity of the Unconditional Love.
Ascension is not a religion nor a new philosophy. It does not even reguire belief in order for it to work. It is based on one’s own direct experience of reality as it opens up through Ascension. There is no better proof than eating the cake.
Whatever belief we hold about ourselves or this world, whatever stress may be clouding our vision, however much there is fear in our hearts, there is nothing that can keep us from experiencing who we are if we give Ascension a chance and experience it for what it is.
Words can never describe what we have deep inside of us at all times. We can have the direct experience of That and really that is the only thing that has the power to shift our prespective into an entirely new broader vision. Ascension is the easiest most natural thing in life and we need to do so little to return to that simplicity. How much effort does it take for a tree to grow? How much effort does a human need to realize the full potential that still lies dormant within.
